To keep survivors and communities safe, volunteers must:
BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
(SOME ROLES ALLOW MINORS WITH PARENTAL CONSENT)
COMPLETE BLAST’S CORE ONBOARDING AND TRAINING
UPHOLD CONFIDENTIALITY, BOUNDARIES, AND SAFETY POLICIES
COMPLETE REQUIRED BCI & FBI BACKGROUND CHECKS
(WITH HARDSHIP WAIVERS AVAILABLE)
Certain roles may require additional training or clearances.
